If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions and send a return / exchange request on the page of your order and we will do our best to satisfy your request.


Easy exchanges: Do you need a different size, color or pattern? Have a smooth exchange while in stock.

Quick Refund: Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with the original label to our return center. We will send a refund to your original payment method within one week.


Return and exchange policy -The purchase (except the swimsuit and the final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day the customer receives the merchandise. -Items must be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging with all original labels. Make sure all items in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all charges incurred and no refund will be issued.

If customers need a refund, they have to bear the shipping costs Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Purchase not eligible for return -The final sale item is not eligible for return or exchange. -The swimsuit is not eligible for return or exchange. -Bath linen can only be returned / exchanged if it is defective / damaged or if it is an incorrect item. - You must send us an email with an image that shows the problem / defect after sending the return / exchange request online.

Order cancellation Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee applies. We will NOT accept the order cancellation request if the order has already been sent.
